Refunds & Returns Policy

Full refunds will be given for cancellations made before October 1st. A $100 administration fee will apply. Our $200 membership fee is non-refundable.
A 50% refund (minus a $100 administration fee) will be granted for cancellations made from October 1st to November 1st. Our $200 membership fee is non-refundable.
Please note that missed lessons or absence due to illness do not qualify for a refund.
No refund will be given for cancellations made after November 2nd.
Race fees, extra training days, lift tickets, and any other related purchase to Ottawa Sports Alpine Club (OSAC) that is not listed here is non-refundable.

One Time Private Lessons:
A full refund will be granted for cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the scheduled lesson, minus a $30 administration fee.
Cancellations made within 6-9 days of the scheduled lesson will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 0-5 days of the scheduled lesson.
6 Week Private and 5 Week Private Lesson Packages:
A full refund will be given for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the start of the lesson series, minus a $50 administration fee.
Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to the start will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 15 days before the start of the series.
Please note that lift tickets, if purchased through Ottawa Sports, cannot be refunded.

Please note that late arrivals to lessons are not eligible for time extension.

No refunds are available for this event once a booking has been made. This is a free lesson day, we cannot return lift tickets, and administration fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 45-59 days of the start of the camp will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 45 days before the start of the camp.

All sales for clothing items and equipment, including but not limited to hoodies, jackets, and sports gear, are final sale.
Exceptions can be made for items with a manufacturer's warranty.
